On large and complex resources, a technique such as color coding can be useful.
If the site has several main sections (for example, on the subject of articles or on types of services), you can make life easier for the visitor, providing each section with its own "corporate" color. This will make the website design more understandable and convenient.
This can be reflected in the names, headers, icons, buttons - in general, in the whole content section.
This technique should not be used on a small and relatively simple site - it will turn out to be too piled up and clumsy.
But on a large portal, such coding will allow the visitor to always understand at a subconscious level, what section of the site is it in.
